How To Be Put On Our
First Notification
List

group of investors who will be notified FIRST when
we get new property for sale"
I wanted to create a way to offer properties that would be fair
to everybody. We only have a limited number of these deals that
come in every week, so I wanted to set it up so the people who
were the most interested in buying would be notified first.
Here’s what I came up with. I’m going to have two lists of
investors.
The first list… the primary list… is the First
Notification list. If you’d like to be on this list,
here is what I’m going to ask you to do.
To be on this list, you have to put $1000 in an escrow account.
That money is
fully refundable… you can either apply it to the
purchase of one of my properties as earnest money or, if you
decide not to buy, you can have it back
anytime you like… it
will sit in my escrow account… I’m a principle broker
here in Indiana and I’m allowed to hold money like this.
If you want the money back, that’s no problem, I’ll take you off
the list and send you the money… no hard feelings… I’m not going
to give you a hard time about it… and we can do this all
electronically using an ACH bank transfer… which is like using
an electronic check to withdraw and deposit money from your bank
account.
None of this money goes to me…
I’m not charging you to
be on this list, I just want to know that you’re a
serious buyer and are
ready to go. I also want to know who you are so we can contact
you directly if a great deal comes across our desk.
So… anyone who wants to be on our First Notification
list... you have to put a thousand bucks into escrow.
If you don’t have $1000, I'm sorry, but you would not be able to
buy
properties like this... (I have another excellent course

By the way, your credit doesn't
matter at all in these deals since you are
paying cash and there are no lenders involved.
If you aren't in a position to invest with cash righ now, save up, get stronger and then come to
me… I want to work with you and I’ll be ready when you are.
By the way… you may feel the need to visit the town and the
house you are going to buy BEFORE you buy. That is
no problem. I
might even be able to have one of my people show you the
properties… and if that’s not possible, I can at least give you
addresses to go look at and get you inside some of these
properties. Sometimes it just makes you feel a lot better to see
what you are buying… not everyone will need to do this, but I
expect some of you will… and that is no problem.
I told you I was going to
have two lists...
The $1000 in escrow list is the “First
Notification” list… my primary investor list. By
the way, if you are also one of my Six Month Mentor Students or
in my Partner Program, you don't have to come up with the deposit
money, but you still need to let me
know if you are interested in buying these properties so I can
put you on the list. Please send me an email and let me know.
The second list is my entire database. At the time of
this writing, I’ve got over 60,000 investors on this
list. If you're not already on this list, you can sign up
here. I’ll
send the properties to this list 24 hours after I send it to the
second list IF the first list doesn’t pick up all the
properties first.
Most of these deals are time sensitive… we don’t have weeks to
hold on to them and try to move them… we have to move quickly.
That is why I’m giving priority to those of you who are willing
to show me you’re serious by putting a bit of money in escrow.
And just so you know… I am also buying properties
with the exact same investment model I am
offering to you… I’m building my real estate
portfolio right along with you.
I just picked up six properties
last month from my Partners and from my own sources to add to
my asset base.
The reason we are getting the
extreme discounts on these properties is because we are buying
them from my
Partners... people I have taught how to find deals
like this. As a single investor, I wouldn't have
been able to get all the deals we are getting... that's why this
arrangement makes sense for me as well as for you. And it makes
sense for my Partner/Mentors too, since they make a nice chunk
of money on these deals as well. These are Win/Win/Win deals.

as I get the form, you are officially ON THE LIST.
As soon as we get it, you will be put on the
First Notification
list. I'll send you back a quick email letting you know we
received it.
Our plan is to have multiple, new properties every week…
maybe we’ll have more, maybe we’ll have less… it will kind of
depend on the markets we are working in and the deals that we
can find… but that’s what we’re shooting for.
Anytime you want
to be taken off the list, that’s no problem,
you don’t have to buy any property…
just let us know and
we’ll send the money back promptly and take you off
the list.
Also… we aren’t just doing Indiana properties. I’ll be offering
properties from other states too. I’ll let you know if I’m
personally buying houses in those areas.
Also… just so you know… I’m not doing this out of the goodness
of my heart. Although it makes my day to see you succeed on a
high level, I also want to make money. My people and I will be
making money on each of these deals... ah, the good old American
way.
