and about how they screwed some “stupid” old lady out of the
equity in her house. These investors will crash and burn... and
I will not shed a tear.
But I have a different way of looking at it. There are a lot of
people out there that need your help. Maybe they can’t pay their
mortgage, maybe they are going through a divorce or had a death
in the family... or maybe they have some other pain in their
lives. There are also good people out there who can’t BUY a
house for their families, can’t give a home to their kids
because they don’t qualify for a conventional mortgage. Everyone
turns their backs on these people and hopes they will go away.
But I’m going to teach you a new way.
You are going to open your arms and your hearts to these people
and give them solutions to their problems... solutions that will
make them VERY happy, solutions that are ethical, honorable and
backed by the strongest currency in the universe... love. I know
this may sound a little hokey to some of you... but I really

there who will be happy to take your money by telling you that

filling out the form is doing a deal with us. I know this won’t
last forever and you may have a different experience, but we’ve
put together a lot of deals with this masterfully crafted little
web site.
> How I compel 753 buyers and 57 sellers to trust me, respect me
and feel compelled to work with me and give me their money. AND
how I do it with technology... AUTOMATICALLY, without making
phone calls. Boy, I hate making phone calls. It’s all in the
system.
“My wife
won’t let me spend another nickel on money making courses”
I got an email yesterday. It said, “My
wife won’t let me spend another nickel on money making books.
I’ll have to pass on your offer.” If this is your situation,
don’t buy my material. It’s not worth risking your marriage.
There is a lot of free information out there. Study hard, do the
grunt work, research and eke out solutions by trial and error
and you can still succeed. This also goes for those of you who
can’t afford my material. I believe there are two ways to learn
how to make money.
1.) Pay someone who has been there before you... someone who
will let you walk in their footprints and carry you in their
arms. Granted, this can be very expensive, but personally, I
think it’s cheaper than the second path to success.... the way I
learned.
2.) The school of hard knocks. You can still get rich
using this method. I’m the perfect example. But if I had it to
do over again, I’d learn from the experts and pay them
everything I needed to in order to get the information required
to succeed. But you may be different... use the way that makes
the most sense to you.
Fear Will
Defeat You...
If You Let It
A man called me yesterday and said, “I’m
afraid, Joe....” of looking like a fool... of making a
mistake... of losing all my money... of talking to people... of
getting sued.... of not being smart enough... of failing
miserably and having my friends laugh at me.” He didn’t say it
quite like this, but I knew that was what he was getting at. I
tell you now... every single one of my successful students has
been terrified at one time or another during their reach for
success. I’ve been afraid too.
There is only one way to kill fear... listen to this because it
is the most profound thing I am going to tell you today. The
only way to defeat fear is by taking action. But the only way
you can take appropriate action is by having the right
knowledge. This toolkit will give you that knowledge. When you
have the knowledge and it becomes a part of you, the fear
vanishes like smoke on the wind.
“It Won’t
Work In My Town"
“But Joe, my town is different. Your
system won’t work here because...” and then I hear the
reasons... “the market is rising and there aren’t any motivated
sellers and rents are too low” or they can’t make it work
because “the market is falling and no one wants to buy their
properties” or they can’t make it work because “the market is
stagnate and nobody is making money in real estate.” I’m sorry,
but these folks don’t know what they are talking about.
There is
NO market in America where SOMEONE isn’t getting rich. Look
around you... real estate is a gold mine (I read there are even
people making money on real estate in Chernobyl, for Pete’s
sake, and it’s radioactive!). Why are all these people making
money? Because they have the right KNOWLEDGE!
I’ll teach you how
to use my system in every market... just turn the system switch
to “hot market” or “cold market” and your business will start to
gush profits. This isn’t rocket science.
“I Don’t Have
Time To Start
A Real Estate Business”
“My life is so hectic with the job and
my kids, I just don’t have time for this now.” What you believe
to be true will always be true for you. If you don’t think you
can do this, if you don’t think you have the time... whatever it
is that is holding you back from success... it is true for you.
But let me tell you something about my system. You can do it in
as little as 17 minutes a day, 5 days a week. If you devote 17
minutes a day to the “priority” activities that I teach you in
the toolkit, you will find success. So the question is, can you
find 17 minutes a day? Let’s see.... Can you find 5 minutes
during lunch? How about 5 minutes in the morning before everyone
else gets up... or are you too tired from staying up last night
watching “Desperate Housewives?”
Can you find 5 minutes while
driving to or from work... what about 5 minutes while you are
waiting to pick up the kids from school... you get the idea.

Real Estate Investing”

If You Are...”
This email came to me the other day.
“Joe, I know what you teach will work, I guess that’s pretty
obvious when you look at your student’s success, but I work at
the local “burger stand” and can’t afford to feed my kids, let
alone buy your program. It’s too expensive.” I wrote him back
and told him how much I appreciated his positive comments about
my program. I also told him to take advantage of some of my
freebie material.
I feel it is
IMPORTANT for me to say this to everyone in this situation: DO
NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM if it takes food from the mouths of your

work... there’s no shame in working a low paying job. I know
